The COVID-19 pandemic took the world by surprise and its impacts are rapidly rising, especially on women and girls. This crisis highlighted the necessity of adapting our activities and identifying our urgent response to this emergency. In order to have an adequate response, we found it essential to conduct a research paper based on field interviews to identify the disproportionate impacts on women and girls that we work with in the Middle Bekaa region in Lebanon, on the economic, psychological and social levels, as well as to identify their current needs.
